Preoperatively: Patient can be seen with a large dorsal hump and a very ptotic and subtle concave curvature to the dorsal portion of her nose, raising of her nasal tip and also less bulbosity of the nasal tip.

Postoperatively: Patient can be seen here with dorsal hump also raising of her nasal tip to give her a nice natural appearance that is more feminine and more defined.
