Preoperatively: Patient has evidence of conchal bowl hypertrophy or protruding ears. This has been an ongoing issue since the patient was young.

Postoperatively: Patient has a significant improvement in both ears with no further evidence of protruding ears. This otoplasty surgery is done very delicately and involves an incision in the crease behind the ear. Patient is very happy with his results.
