Preoperatively: Patient can be seen here with evidence of platysmal banding which was her main concern. She doesn’t like the appearance of her neck and the bands that show particularly when she smiles or uses facial expressions.

Postoperatively: Patient can be seen with resolution of her platysmal banding and no further issues with the banding she has with facial expression.
